Dreamcatchers have a beautiful and rich history, and I’ve tried to stay true to their nature. These dreamcatchers feature natural materials. The hoop itself is either wood or metal and often upcycled from something else; the hoop is then covered with local/regional wool roving, undyed or naturally dyed; then the web is woven with spun wool, often naturally dyed unless otherwise requested; leather or wool and wooden beads are added to it, and when possible, I will use natural feathers (or craft feathers if none can be found).
If you are interested in a custom dreamcatcher, contact Justin Near or order on Etsy.
